Bondwood's analytics products are powered by publicly available, aggregate-level education data published by the Minnesota Department of Education and other state agencies. We do not collect, store, or process any student-level personally identifiable information (PII) in our analytics tools. Our benchmarking and analytics dashboards contain no individual student records, no grades, and no behavioral data.
For our operational tools—including budget monitoring, capital assets, and payment management—district data is stored securely and accessed only by authorized users within that district. We follow industry-standard security practices and never share district operational data with third parties.
